Политика конфиденциальности
The site at kinaytalent.enjoyvent.com presents a venue, an artist or a creator and the events connected with them. It is a showcase served by Enjoyvent Etkinlik Biletleme ve Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Enjoyvent"): no ticket is sold and no payment is taken on it.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is processed through this site and why, who receives it, and how you can exercise the rights you have over it.
Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, the Уведомление GDPR sets out, in the terms it requires, the legal basis for each purpose below, the transfer of your data outside the EEA, and your right to complain to a supervisory authority.
1. Who Processes Your Data
Personal data processed through this site is processed by Enjoyvent, which alone decides why and how — its "controller" under most data-protection regimes. The venue, artist or creator the site presents provides much of what the site shows, and receives the messages you address to it through the site's forms (see section 4).

2. What We Collect
Device and usage information
IP address, browser and device type, operating system, server logs, and pages viewed.
Preferences and cookie data
Choices such as your language and city, your cookie choices and, subject to them, analytics and advertising identifiers.
Account information, if you sign in
The mobile phone number you sign in with, the name and email address on your Enjoyvent account, and what you do with it here, such as the artists and venues you follow. If you follow an artist, you may be shown among its followers on its site to the people your privacy settings allow.
Notifications, if you turn them on
The subscription your browser creates for them, with your language and city.
Messages and table requests
What you send through this site's forms. Through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. Through the table-reservation request form on a venue's site: your name, phone number, email address if you give it, the date, time and number of people, and any note you add.
No ticket is bought on this site, so no order or payment information is collected here. The tickets it links to are sold on enjoyvent.com, under its own privacy policy, or on the ticket seller's own site, under that seller's.
3. Why We Process It
- Providing the site and its technical infrastructure
- Keeping the site secure and protecting its forms from abuse
- Creating and running your account, if you sign in
- Passing each message or table request to the venue, artist or creator it is addressed to, so that it can answer you
- Sending you notifications, if you turned them on
- Measuring how the site is used, subject to your cookie choices
- Marketing, where you have opted in
- Meeting legal obligations
Depending on where you live, the legal basis for this processing is that it is necessary to take the steps you asked for — passing on your message or table request — or to perform the contract you entered into by opening an account, that it is necessary to meet a legal obligation, that it serves a legitimate interest that does not override your rights, or that you consented — and where consent is the basis, you can withdraw it at any time.
4. Who Receives It
The venue, artist or creator this site presents receives the messages and table requests you address to it — your name, your contact details and what you wrote and, for a table request, the date, time and number of people — so that it can answer you. It reads them in its inbox on the Enjoyvent platform and contacts you itself to reply. A table request is a request, not a booking: no table is held until the venue confirms it with you.
Your personal data may also be shared with:
- Hosting, cloud, and infrastructure providers
- SMS, email, and WhatsApp delivery providers, through which sign-in codes are sent
- Analytics and advertising providers, subject to your cookie choices
- Professional advisers and auditors, where they need it
- Public authorities, where the law requires it
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Where It Is Processed
Enjoyvent's infrastructure and some of its service providers are located outside your country, including in Türkiye and the European Union, so your personal data may be transferred and stored there. Where it is, we rely on contractual safeguards with those providers requiring them to protect it to the standard described in this policy.
6. Cookies
Cookies keep this site working and secure and remember the choices you make, such as your language; subject to your cookie choices, they also measure traffic and help show more relevant content. For details, see the "Cookie Policy".
7. How Long We Keep It
Personal data is kept for the longest of the period its purpose requires, the period a legal obligation requires, and the limitation period for any claim it may be needed to defend, and is then deleted or anonymised. A message or table request stays in the inbox of the venue, artist or creator it was sent to until they delete it or it is erased at your request.
8. How We Protect It
Enjoyvent applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit (TLS), restricted and logged access, encryption of stored credentials and secrets, and written data-processing terms with its providers.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict how it is used, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw any consent you gave. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority where you live.
Ask us at [email protected], including about a message or table request you sent through this site. We answer without undue delay, and in any case within the period the law that applies to you allows.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page and applies from the date it appears here.
