1. The Parties and This Site

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are agreed electronically between Enjoyvent Etkinlik Biletleme ve Teknoloji A.Ş. ("Enjoyvent") and the person (the "Visitor") who uses the site at kinaytalent.enjoyvent.com (the "Site"). They apply whenever you use the Site.

The Site presents a venue, an artist or a creator (the "Owner") and the events connected with them. It is a showcase: no ticket is sold and no payment is taken on it. The tickets it links to are sold on enjoyvent.com or on another ticket seller's own site, under that site's terms.

2. Definitions

• Site: The showcase at kinaytalent.enjoyvent.com.
• Visitor: Anyone who visits the Site.
• Owner: The venue, artist or creator the Site presents.
• Ticket Seller: The site on which tickets to an event shown on the Site are sold — enjoyvent.com or another ticket site.

Enjoyvent operates the Site. It does not own, run, or host the events the Site shows.

3. Using the Site

You agree:

• To use the Site lawfully and in good faith
• To give accurate information in the Site's forms, and not to send a message or table request in someone else's name
• Not to send anything unlawful, abusive, or unsolicited through the Site's forms
• Not to copy, alter, or republish the Site's content commercially without permission

4. Buying Tickets

No ticket is sold on the Site. Its event links take you to the Ticket Seller, and what you buy there — at what price, and on what cancellation, refund, and change conditions — is governed by the Ticket Seller's terms and the conditions of the event, not by these Terms.

5. Messages and Table Requests

A message you send through the Site's contact form, or a table request through a venue's reservation form, is passed to the Owner so that it can answer you, and the Owner answers it itself. A table request is a request, not a booking: it holds no table until the venue confirms it with you.

6. Content and Links

Much of what the Site shows is provided by the Owner, and event information may come from event organisers and from other ticket sites. Enjoyvent does not check all of it and cannot guarantee that it is complete, accurate, or current: dates, times, venues, prices, and availability can change, so check the Ticket Seller's page before you buy.

The Site links to sites Enjoyvent does not operate — other ticket sellers, and the Owner's social media, streaming, and booking pages among them. Their own terms and privacy policies govern them, and Enjoyvent is not responsible for their content.

7. Intellectual Property

The design, software, and Enjoyvent-branded content on the Site belong to Enjoyvent.

Content and images about the Owner and its events belong to the Owner or to the relevant rightsholders.

Copying or using either commercially without permission is not allowed.

8. Personal Data

By using the Site you confirm you have read the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Personal data processed through the Site is processed by Enjoyvent as its controller; the Owner receives what you send it through the Site's forms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under these Terms, Enjoyvent is not liable for:

• Changes to an event, or its cancellation
• Content provided by the Owner or by event organisers
• Whether and how the Owner answers a message or table request
• Events outside our reasonable control
• Technical failures

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and any right you have as a consumer that cannot be contracted out of.

10. Changes

Enjoyvent may update these Terms.

The updated text applies from the moment it is published on the Site.

11. Disputes

Disputes about these Terms or your use of the Site may be brought before the courts that are competent under the law that applies to you.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own local courts where the law gives you that right.
